The band is led by Andy Harmer, who has worked as musical director for BBC's Pebble Mill and has played in the Stars In Their Eyes Orchestra as well as playing jazz piano accompanied by the BBC Philharmonic string section. Andy has also worked alongside soul stars such as Alexander O Neil and Maze at Wembley Arena as well as leading his own quartet at Ronnie Scotts club whilst engaged as Bertice Reading's musical director. He can also be seen playing keyboards for Russell Watson, The Voice, during his 2000/2001 UK tour as seen on THE SOUTH BANK SHOW, FEB 2001, BRIDGEWATER HALL MANCHESTER.

Champagne is one of the most highly regarded and popular dance bands in the country, working from Glasgow to London, and South Wales to North Yorkshire out of our base in Greater Manchester. Champagne has a reputation for absolute professionalism, versatility, and a fabulous sound that keeps the dance floor full with a wide range of music to suite all age groups and tastes.

Champagne is available as a basic 6 piece with male and female vocalists, keyboards, guitar, bass and drums, to a full 11 piece with 5 piece horn section. By using both male and female vocalists as standard we can of course cover a wider range of music than outfits using only one voice.
