Markus Knight really is the voice of Soul. Markus has developed an outstanding talent in music over the last 16 years. He started the piano at the age of 7, gained Grade 8 Distinction at the age of 16 and received a Certificate of Performance with the Guildhall School of Music at 18. Markus has won many competitions throughout his playing career including Young Pianist of Leicestershire at the young age of 15. In 2001, he graduated from Salford University with a 2:1 in Popular Music and Recording. So when you book Markus, you are not just getting a great live act, but a qualified musician with years of knowledge.

Split into either two sets of 45 minutes, or 3 half hour sets, Markus provides over 90 minutes of Soul, covering some of the best Motown & Soul songs ever recorded. Markus will also play some your favourite Soul songs in the background before, between and after his live sets to make the evening complete.
